PEYTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
OUR STORY
Our community is very valuable to us, and the Peyton Place Condominium Association COA board is committed to making it safe and organized. The new COA board is here to ensure you have an enjoyable living and ownership experience through a wide range of access and transparency. Our units are all of the odd-numbered addresses from 1 through 93 Peyton Place SW.

First elected in February 2023 and finally taking office in June 2025 after a judicial court order, the new COA board is committed to proper record keeping, as well as revamping the community by focusing on critical infrastructure improvements and transparency. Our main guarantee is quality service in all that we do and going the extra mile to keep shared spaces safe and presentable and reverse the damage committed by the previous COA Board which resulted in degradation at every facet within the community.

OUR FUTURE
As we approach the future of what is to become of the community, planning must start today to achieve our desired outcomes. That outcome involves replacing the dilapidated roofing, providing exterior brick updates, addressing the asphalt, and basic landscaping along with a myriad of other improvement projects.
These improvements will take place in several phases as we collect funds from units and from any community improvement grants. Below you can see a 3D mockup of what the community will look like once we achieve our goals of improvement. This will help remove blight from the Harland Terrace community and provide a clean and safe environment for neighborhood residents. Please stay posted for more announcements related to the planned improvements.
